Terms of Service

1. Services
iStaff provides web design, development, SEO, AI automation, and IT services. All projects are governed by these terms unless a separate written agreement is in place.
2. Quotes & Payment
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue date
- A 50% deposit is required to begin work unless otherwise agreed
- Final payment is due upon project completion, before deployment
- Late payments may incur a 5% monthly interest charge
3. Project Delivery
Timelines are estimates. Delays caused by client (late content, feedback) extend the deadline accordingly. We will keep you informed of progress throughout.
4. Revisions
Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate (€75/hr).
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio. Third-party assets (stock images, plugins) remain under their respective licenses.
6. Hosting & Maintenance
Hosting and ongoing maintenance are separate services billed monthly/annually. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
iStaff is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to termination will be billed proportionally. Deposits are non-refundable.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
